​Amy has been teaching yoga at Power Life since 2019. She strives to make her students feel supported, safe, and seen. She brings high energy and laughter to her classes and hopes her students feel challenged but successful on their yogic journey.

Certified MixxedFit®️ Instructor, Tony Zika, has been leading dance fitness parties in the Des Moines area for the past 5 years. “I am thrilled to be a part of the first annual Nice Tri! Not only is dancing a great workout, it’s fun and anyone can do it!”
